We’re excited to share that CASK Construction was recently featured in the September/October 2025 issue of St. Pete Life Magazine (pages 32-35) in an article titled “Grow in Place.” The feature highlights how Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) are reshaping the way St. Petersburg homeowners live, invest, and connect and how CASK Construction is leading that movement.
A Blueprint for Modern Living
As St. Pete continues to grow, homeowners are searching for creative ways to make the most of their properties. St. Pete Life Magazine spotlighted CASK Construction’s approach to building ADUs that combine design, function, and community connection.
Founder Calin Noonan shared how his personal experience with an existing ADU in St. Pete inspired the company’s mission. By transforming and renting out a small backyard unit, he covered his mortgage and gained the confidence to help others do the same. What began as a simple idea has become a local blueprint for smart, adaptable housing.
Designed for Connection and Flexibility
The article highlights how CASK Construction’s ADUs are more than just additional living spaces, they’re extensions of family and community. Photos from the feature showcase CASK’s light-filled interiors, energy-efficient materials, and meticulous attention to scale and detail. These are all hallmarks of the company’s design-build philosophy.
A Growing Need in St. Petersburg
With housing costs on the rise, St. Pete Life Magazine emphasized how ADUs are becoming a vital solution for families seeking flexibility and affordability without leaving their neighborhoods. CASK’s work demonstrates that smaller spaces can still offer exceptional comfort and value when designed with care and vision.
Building Community, One Project at a Time
CASK Construction is proud to be part of the movement helping St. Petersburg residents “grow in place.” Our team remains committed to creating spaces that serve people’s needs today while strengthening the neighborhoods we all call home.
