Construction Project Manager
CASK is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead high-impact ADU construction projects across St. Petersburg. This role is responsible for ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with CASK’s standards for quality and client experience. You’ll manage project budgets, schedules, and client communications while collaborating closely with internal teams and subcontractors to maintain CASK’s commitment to excellence in every build.

We are seeking a customer-centric, motivated, and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a key part of our company growth strategy, you’ll educate potential clients on a tailored ADU journey — from initial design stage to final walkthrough of their completed ADU (all done in house). Our marketing department will support you with qualified candidates, while your main responsibility is to support the homeowner up to the first design and floor plan meeting with CASK Construction.
