Official Rules

1) Promotion: 5k Design Rendering Giveaway, conducted by CASK Construction. This promotion is not sponsored or administered by the festival.


2) Eligibility: Open to legal residents and homeowners of Saint Petersburg, age 18+. Employees/contractors of Sponsor and immediate household members not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3) How to Enter: Answer a few questions about the needs of your property, agree to the rules by hitting Submit at bottom of screen. Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase necessary.

4) Drawing/Selection: One (1) winner chosen at random at 10am on 2/27/26. Odds depend on number of eligible entries received.


5) Winner Notification: Winner contacted via phone/email by 5pm. If winner does not respond within 7 days, is ineligible, or cannot accept, CASK Construction may select an alternate winner.

6) Prize Description: Design rendering package provided by CASK Construction with total retail value up to $5,000. Deliverables may include floor plan layout, and/or exterior/interior renderings. Exact scope determined by CASK Construction after initial consultation.

7) Exclusions/Limitations: Prize does not include construction, materials, contractor labor, permitting, engineering, surveying, measurements/site visits, printing, or any costs not expressly listed as included. No cash alternative. Non-transferable. New customers only.


8) Redemption: Winner must schedule initial consultation within 30 days of acceptance and redeem prize within 12 months. 10) Release/Limit of Liability: Entrants release CASK Construction and festival organizers from liability related to participation or prize use, except where prohibited.
