Founders Chad Holman and Calin Noonan did not plan to settle in St. Petersburg. The city found them. Chad fell in love with St. Pete during a temporary assignment, while Calin discovered it on a road trip. Both returned to plant roots, raise families, and invest in homes that taught them something firsthand: the right project can create real opportunity.
Those early experiences sparked the foundation of CASK in 2018 and shaped how we build today. We approach every project with the same belief. Residential construction should be thoughtful, well managed, and designed to add lasting value. Whether it is a custom home, an ADU, an addition, or a major renovation, our work is about creating space that supports the way people want to live in St. Petersburg.
In a way, those first projects did more than improve their homes. They built the mindset behind CASK.
